I have an issue : I moved several tickets from a previous project to another one, but they don't appear on the board on the new project.
I am quite new to Jira so I am probably doing something wrong.
I have parameterized the columns of the board with the statuses I want them to display : is there something else to do ?

I was unable to duplicate the issue on your instance (the test email came right through...it shows sent by jira@yourURL). Best to enter a support request so we can work on this in greater detail /aka non-publicly.
