When I try to create an issue, Jira gives me the following error message: "Create Issue You will not be able to create new issues because the user limit for your JIRA instance has been exceeded, please contact your JIRA administrators. Create Issue You will not be able to create new issues because the user limit for your JIRA instance has been exceeded, please contact your JIRA administrators." I have 10 users on my license and I have 10 users registered, not counting the system user which I regard not a real user. This is very important to us as we can't add any issues any more. Can you help me with this one?

Number of users exceeded. Can't create issue!!!

Jira Mac app stuck on the login screen...

Hi all,

I've just installed the Mac app for Jira (on Big Sur) and when I select the Log In prompt, the Mac pops up a warning 'Jira.app wants to use "Atlassian.com" to sign in." When I select continue, it just jumps back to the login screen. Can't seem to get past this. Any insight?
