I am trying to edit the LDAP directory settings on our Jira installation. When I load User Management -> User Directories page, where it should have the Disable, Edit, and Syncronize options it only has Test and Syncronize options. How might I be able to edit the connection? Thanks.

JIRA 7.2.x Excel export gone?

With my old JIRA Version there was an option to export an issue list to an excel file. I've updated to JIRA 7.2.x - the option is not available anymore (only export to Word is left). Unfortunately CSV is not an option, as Excel is unable to correctly import fields that contain the text-delimiter.

How to re-enable Excel export?

Hi,

I think thats because you are logged in with the user that is using this directory. If you have any other directory configured in JIRA, login with a user from other admin user directory and you should then be able to edit the LDAP directory.
