Using Jira 5.2.11 Currently when we create a Jira the email header contains the Action / Jira #/ SummaryThe body of the email contains a link to Jira / Issue Type / Assignee / Components / Created / Description / Project / Priority / Reporter Because our illustrious staff practically refuses to go into Jira, because it's painstakenly difficult for them, is there a way for the body to also include the Custom Field 'Customer' which uses a User Picker and 'Phone' which uses a Text Field (<255 characters)? Thank you

Issues channel statistics

I am looking for the pourcentage of issues created in Jira, Portal and Email.

The information is in the issue, it is the channel, but I don't find a solution to export and analyse it ?
