IRA Locked Error. Won't startup

I'm not able to run the jira.

I removed the /var/atlassian/application-data/jira# rm .jira-home.lock file

and restart the Jira but I'm still having the same errror.

The "Workload pie chart" is based on the field, you can specifiy the assignee, status and solution etc., so if you would like to get the report grouping by a team, you can do it if you have a field with the team list values, and then you can creat the report with this field as the statistic type.
