Looking for a custom field type which would list users AND roles

I want to view subtasks on a business project board swimlanes?

I have a bunch of issues created with subtasks and want the subtasks to display on the board - similar to the Software Project I've done in the past. Thanksl

What does "has users and roles" mean? You want do display something about users and roles? Single select list with all your users and roles as options? Select role for this project and see all the users in it?

Basically I want to be able to assign issues to groups of users (as opposed to the "single-user-assignment"). For this, I would need such a field.
