[JIRA CLOUD] How can I turn off JIRA Timesheet tool and still have Tempo's Timesheet functionality?

I don't want issues to transition to done unless there is time logged.

So, like the question says... I want to make a rule where issues won't be able to transition to done unless there is time logged.

I just deactivated JIRA Timesheet in the Plugin admin ...atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/upm

Where is it that you see the Tempo option to disappear?
