Is there any possible to integrate the jira service desk cloud with local on premises Active directory if so kindly share the prerequisite.

As your instance is hosted with us, you could raise a support ticket through SAC and request your instance storage details (DB and others). We will you provide you with the details, as you don't have access to the server.
