How to find "empty" tests

How to find tests without any test details(steps).

Note, there may be a description in it.

Only thing there are no test steps...

How can I search for those tests?

Found the file I need to change:

atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/classes/com/atlassian/jira/web/action/JiraWebActionSupport.properties

Change issue.field.subtasks

I'm using Jira 5.2, and the language .jar files in the linked page don't seem to exist on my installation.
