How to choose one field then one different field auto appear data?

Hi everyone,

I have a question when I choose one field in "Create Issue" then one different field auto appear data.

Example:

I choose "Department" filed then the information in "Assignee" will appear

How to do that???

To get the issues that are clones of ABC-123: issue in linkedIssues(ABC-123,"is cloned by")

BTW, it worked with issue in linkedIssues(ABC-123), had to remove "is cloned by"
