How do i install developer licenses on a 10 user server?

We recently downgraded our 50 user Jira license to a 10 user license.  As part of this, we apparently lose the "development" license.  While annoying, i purchased another 10 user license for jira core, only to find out that when updating all my plugin licenses to their development licenses, that they are incompatible.  Am i expected to purchase each plugin again?

Hi Kerstin,

this is not possible in the current version of Tempo Timesheets.

You might want to take a look at the Tempo Tracker. The Tracker can be started directly in the Issue you are working on and asks you to log the time when you stop it. Please take a look https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO079/Real-Time+Time+Trackingfor more information.
