How do I move board columns in a Business Project?

Hi, 

I'd like to move my board in the business project around I.e Return to sender after in progress. 
But every time I try to move them it tells me to check my internet connection. 

Is there any way to move these?

Should just need to assign a custom screen to the "Rejected" transition in the workflow, with a mandatory custom field.
