How do I add/edit board columns in a business project ?

During import process Redmine Importer crates new custom field 'External Issue ID' this has the value of Redmine key. At the moment there is no possibility to assign the old Redmine key to user defined custom field.

Is this still the status quo? It would be helpful if we could create a custom renderer for the id (e.g. create HTML link out of it). Mapping this to a custom name would also be great.
