Hello, We would like to purchase plugins for JIRA. Our liscense type is "JIRA Unlimited Users: Commercial License". We would like to know if it is okay to buy plugin that cost only for 10 users? Because plugins will be assigned to used by 5-10 users only. Or we should buy according to our licence type only? How come reporters & watchers don't receive notifications for sub-tasks?

In Jira Software, our reporter and all watchers only receive notifications for the parent (User Story) when it is updated but when a sub task under the the user story is updated, no notifications are received. Can someone assist in explaining why and what's the solution?

Almost all plugins are a 1:1 licence. For all three of the ones you list, you will need unlimited licences for them because you have to match the unlimited JIRA licence

Gliffy is the only one I can immediately remember that doesn't work that way, but I know there are some others.
