I'd like to find the number of times issues were moved to a particular status type that would result in a count - e.g. 3 times in status x.
How do I structure that?

this ended up being an issue caused by a plug-in we had installed. we've since disabled the plug-in and Email handling has resumed as expected
I could think of the email handler not creating the issue properly which results in the issue hanging. What does the log file say?
