@mention Good morning all!  I have a question.  I'm building a server app from the bottom up.  The CGI specification that supports PHP up to version 8 in 1.1, but it only supports http, not https.  Do I need to use the one that supports the https protocal(version 1.2 specification).

A software is validated when the testing and  verification at each stage of the development is documented.

The definition of the  software validation  is the evidence of the corectness of the software at each stage and between each stage of the development life cycle.
