Hello, I'm wondering if there is a way to restrict the right to add and use certain gadget to a group of users? For our case, we want the “activity stream” gadget only available for users who belongs to the group jira-developer. Thank you! François.

Restrict the right to add gadgets in dashboards.

Error message "You need the manage sprint permission for all projects in the origin board to manage this sprint"

User has been given project admin role across all projects where stories originate. Still no luck in him being able to close a sprint.

Hi François,

Unfortuantely this isn't possible with JIRA right now, A feature request was made for this (JRA-20167), but this isn't something Atlassian is going to implement in the near future. You're free to leave a comment there with your usecase, our developers may review this request again.

However at the moment this isn't possible out of the box.

Hi i checked the jira ticket added on you comment, Is it available right now for using since it was created 2013 ?

Do you know any way to set permissions to JIRA Dashboard for certain groups ?
