Error Unable to allocate memory

Hello! We began to fall JIra ver 8.8.1. I see in logs that message

Also, I have the administrator access (see screenshot) and I go thru the documentation before I post my question.

Hi Steve

It looks like a permission issue. Do you have administative permissions? Or can be browser related, have you tried to access the same page with other browsers?

If you followed the documentation and still are facing problems, please attach a screenshot.
