DB Set up failing when using an AD account

Trying to use an AD account to connect Jira to the SQL server but when i test the connection It says cant connect to the DB. On the SQl side i get the following error message "Attempting to use an NT account name with SQL Server Authentication." I tried to use the procedure below but it did not help. Any idea on how i can use an AD account to connect Jira to our SQL DB.

Hello Cristina,

Can I confirm if the "Release Comments" field is a custom field? As far as I know, there's no such field in JIRA by default.

Hi Cristina,

Field exists by default, when creating dashboards. May I know what was the JIRA version that you saw this field? Also, the JIRA version that you are running now.

I didnt do custom fields. The field 'release comments' was by default. Would you please advice? If the field is not any more there is there any option as we need it urgent ?
