Create Project with IBM Supplier

We are about to start a joint project with one of our vendors (DPA is in place).  I would like to have a shared Jira Project so both IBM and the vendor's squads can work together, assign sprints, see dash boards etc.. 

Is it possible to add people for Jira@ibm outside of IBM?

If so, if anyone has any documentation to share then it will be appreciated

Hi Andrew,

JIRA 6.3.11 is the latest version of JIRA (it was released this week). JIRA 6.4 is still on milestone version (before beta) and can be downloaded from https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/download-eap.

That being said, I'd advise you to download JIRA 6.3.11 as it is the latest stable version. You can see JIRA 6.3 docs on https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA063.
