Can't add gadgets to a dashboard

 I have administrator authority but when i try to click "Add gadget" nothing happens. So what should i do to create a personal dasboard?

When you log into your my.atlassian.com account, there is a "email prefs" link at the top right of your page. You can set your notifications in there.
