Automation rule sometimes not triggered

I have automation rule set for "Chasing with customer",This rule transitions issues waiting for customer after three business days.

I dont know why its not running every time,even i could not find error log as well

I am using "Automation Lite for Jira-Version:6.0.25"

Any recommendation to correct it/improve it.

Well, it seems like you haven't configured the workflow correctly. Seems like you don't have any transitions configured after the open state.
