Add @Mentions to Custom Field

Hi,

I would to add @mentions to one of my fields. The field type is text field.

Is this possible? How can I mention someone in a field?

How about for project administrators and not the system administrators?

I tried copying a board. I was the original administrator on the board. And it made me the administrator of the copy too. I also changed administrator and when I copied I was also an administrator of the copy. This might be because I am logged in as a system administrator.
