3 Level hierarchy

Hi, I was able to create Epic > Task > Sub-task in order to achieve the 3-level hierarchy, now the problem is both Epics and Tasks come up the main Board of the project and it created confusion on the users. Is there any way to hide Tasks or Epics from the main board? I just need one of them to populate

Thanks Tom, but i have checked the permissions. Having looked at it further it looks like it is actually a problem with the sidebar - I have raised another question so that it is more specific to the actual problem:

You probably need to check your Project permission scheme. Being an "Admin" means you can access the project configuration information, but that's not the same as the project data.
