Pop up box small/ only scrollable after recent patch

Hey everyone,

I've had multiple (though not 100%) reports of the pop up box appearing small in multiple situations after the most recent jira cloud update

• It doesn't seem to be tied to a specific browser (tested chrome, edge and firefox)
• Sometimes it goes away when creating an issue
• it doesn't seem to be tied to any sect of users/ permission groups
• it doesn't seem to be tied to a specific issue type
• it doesn't seem to be tied to a specific screen resolution (happens on 4k and 1080p monitors)

Anyone else run in to this issue/ worked out how to stop it from happening?

We too need this, but basically when the issue is commented on a JIRA instance, it should post the same comment on an issue in another JIRA instance. Which issue on another JIRA instance? Thats decided by the custom field called "Other Instance ID" on the JIRA instance where the web hook is present. 

Unfortunately its giving me the "

Client error - 401 when posting to web hook at 'https://the otherjiraistance.com/rest/api/2/issue/{issue id}/comment"

same here, we need this feature. basically there should be an event like "on comment added".
