No recibo notificaciones. Como debo hacer?

Estimados:

estoy probando la configuración y no recibo notificaciones.

Necesito implementar JIRA para mi organización de manera Urgente. Lo he usado en otro trabajo, y me dio gran resultado.

I use scripts (with the Script Runner add-on) or Wittified's project add-on ( https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.wittified.jira.project-creator/server/overview ),although there are some other add-ons which can do it in different ways
