New jira "implemented in" links gone

In the old Jira view under issue links our phabricator diffs would show, if there was a diff linked to the ticket.

In the new view Jira linked issues still show, but the additional section under "Issue links" that was previously titled Implementd in is gone and I can't see my linked phabricator diffs anywhere without switching back to the old view whereupon they promptly return.
