Nous n'arrivons pas à passer en état "résolu" nos tickets qui sont pourtant terminé. Cf ci-dessous. Savez-vous comment faire pour modifier la résolution ?

Personally, I dont recommend to go for that approach since if you do that then you will NOT be able to customize a plugin or install any plugin if you find one that you like. Generally, when the basics of JIRA work for your company/team then people start looking for improvements that easily fit on the plugin world. You will be under the control of the hosted environment.
