JQL for tickets that moved into a status in the last 30 days

Hi

I’m looking for a filter that will show tickets that have been in a specific status within the last 30 days (its not a resolution status)

Users can define the page size, but only on issue navigator. This is done in the user profile.

When exporting issues to Excel, there is no limit that we can define and JIRA still puts a limit at 1000. There is an option to increase the tempMax property on the url but that is only a workaround.
