JIRA SERVICENOW integration by REST API

1. HI Everyone,

In my workplace, Servicenow team started working on integration with Jira using REST API, Servicenow people has documentation where how all tasks should be performed, they almost completed outbound work from their side like mapping the fields creating payloads and they successfully sent a ticket from Servicenow, where the Jira people can work on the ticket and now its the turn for Jira team to integrate with servicenow, we don't have any documentation to perform integration, can anybody please provide us some documentation or it would be helpful if anyone already worked on this integration please share your work.

yes i am using the JIRA Redmine importer plugin. I know this documentation this is the matter why i am triyng to use the JIRA Redmine importer plugin

Hello, we are also experiencing the same issue. (Redmine version 1.3.0.stable)

Connecting works fine, but no projects are displayed. See below for Redmine plugins.

Hi Jonas, yes i am using the JIRA redmine importer, see the following Screens (sorry only in german )

1. Step connect to the redmine Server:

No Projects are shown

Do you think the "Projects Tree View plugin" is the Problem???

Hi Oliver, it's not clear to me if you are using the JIRA Redmine importer plugin, or if you built something tailor made? If you a chance you missed it, this does exist and looks relatively well documented:
