My problem is very similar to this one, but since I'm using a JIRA instance on the Atlassian Cloud, I can't just 'turn it off and then turn it on again.' Any suggestions? How to search a ticket "commented by" a user

I want to search tickets using a filter that response all the tickets that were commented (or could be transitions made by) by a user (different than currentuser)

Does anyone can help me. Thanks.
