How to rename epic link

If renaming an epic name is easy, I dont see how to rename an epic link.

Any clue ?

Profields has recently been released for Atlassian Cloud: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.deiser.jira.profields/cloud/overview

I think that might be what you want.

You don't.  Project fields don't exist in JIRA.

There is an add-on that can add them to server though.

Ok.  Just to confirm we are talking about the same thing.  I have included a screen shot below.  I want to add more fields to this "Details" section.  Can I do that?

Yes, that's what I thought you meant.  You can't add to that screen without code change or add-ons
