How to find all issues which priorities have been increased (with custom priority list)?

Hello,

I have a query like:
issuetype = "Change Initiative" AND status in ("to be started") AND priority changed before -30d ORDER BY priority DESC

I would like to add a criteria on priority to get only issues whose "priority has been increased" in the same period of time (last 30 days).
However, I need to avoid the "From / To" statement since we use a custom priority list with many options (within 3 months, within 2 years, within 1 year, within 6 months, imminent, etc) and therefore it is not possible to describe such increase correctly with the from/to operators and multiple values.

Any idea?
Thanks a lot in advance!
