Thanks, but Share is not an option for me. Is there a specific role that I need to be assigned to have that option available?

Sorry, I forget some places don't just make it available automatically.

Get a system admin to check what groups have the "global permission" for "created shared objects". Then get yourself added to one of the groups, or get a group you are in added to that list.

Most places, including my default approach, just bung in "jira users" so everyone can share, then forget about it.
