How to create a template for issue description?

Hi everyone! 

I try to find out if there are a way to insert a template in the issue description that shows up for everyone when someone wishes to create a new user story. It could be a template where te designteam shoud do something, next part the test team and last one the developer team.

Any ideas?

The "default Screen" is what will be used by default for a new project. When you add "Expense" to this screen, it means that all projects that are newly created will have "Expense" on the screen. What it looks like to me, is that you already have a large number of projects that are using their own screens already. 

To place this field on all screens, you will need to select the screens that would you want the field to go on after you create the custom field. Instead of associating to "default", associate to all of the project screens you want it to be on.

Placing it on default will only help if all the projects are using the default screen.
