How to create Panel in issue view

Hi, we are making a  plugin for jira data center, and we wanna render and HMTL on a issue view, beetwen attahcments and Activity panels.

But in the atlassian UI documentation there's is not location for this place.

How can we add this panel to Jira

There are a few errors like this already reported for some specific Agile versions. May I ask which JIRA / Agile version are you using?
