Why are user stories that are closed with a resolution of withdrawn included in the sprint velocity calculation?

How do I import multiple labels with Xray test case importer?

I've been using Xray's test case importer for months, and suddenly my import files no longer work. I had been importing multiple labels using multiple columns, and suddenly that's throwing an error. Does anyone know if it's possible to import multiple labels now?

From what I can tell it was added to the sprint well before the sprint started and it was closed with resolution withdrawn before the sprint started. Any help.

Were they in the sprint and are now in the "done" column?
