Is it possible to set a field to visible or invisible in the customer portal of jira service desk based on the selected radio button?
I tried it with scriptrunner but it seems like I need behaviours and that function is not available in cloud versions.
Also I tried with scripted fields but it seems not possible to show them in the customer portal.
There is support on JIRA 7.1.9 and even 7.2.2. But this is the user group forum of atlassian, and not their official support channel. Depending on what you want, we might be able to help but if you want official support you will have to login to https://support.atlassian.com and raise a ticket there.
I'd use the https://bitbucket.org/amarkelov/andreymarkelov-atlas-plugins-qcf/issues link that is on the Marketplace for that add-on, in the Support tab
