Gadget Error on Dashboard

Hi,

We just started getting this error on our gadgets on our dashboards and we are unsure as to why as nothing changed that we know off:

This gadget cannot be displayed on your dashboard. This could be due to a licensing problem or an application error. If you need this gadget, contact your administrator for assistance. Otherwise, you can remove it from your dashboard.

Is there anything specific that we need to look at to try and determine what the error could be?

I had a look at the "Atlassian Jira - Plugins - Gadgets Plugin" and it shows 113 of 114 modules enabled. The one module not enabled is "Text (text-gadget)" but not sure if this is an issue as the gadgets not showing are the favourite filters.

Thanks

What do you mean by custom? You can have other action names in there as long as the action does what you need. CreateIssueDetails is the action provided by JIRA to create the issue with selected project and issuetype.

I would very much like to have the "CreateIssueDetails" page less overwhelming for the end-users. E.g. less fields. Basically only show Summary and description and let the rest be managed by the url.

That is not possible unless you right a custom webwork action which does the same behind the scenes.

Then I guess I'm stuck with what we have today :)
