Does a defect linked with a test step (inside test case) can be viewed from the test execution level Xray

For example: I have 1 TE1 (test execution ) in that I have TC1. Once the  2nd step TC1 is failed I link a defect to the 2nd test step. But when is go to TE1(Test execution) page, the defect linked with the test step does not reflect. I am using Xray

Plugin whoslooking (version 2.0) was having problems with JIRA 5.0.4.

Upgrading plugin to latest version (and JIRA since plugin version 2.1 is compatible with JIRA 5.0.7 - 5.1.3) fixes the problem.
