Copying/Pasting the screenshots from clipboard to the description and comments stopped working

Copying and pasting the screenshots from clipboard to the description or comments no longer works.

It is not browser-specific as I have tested it with chrome and firefox.

It started to stop working either yesterday or today.

Please have it a priority and fix it ASAP.

Hi Federico,

I don't think it's possible, the reason is because JIRA require Java to run. According to this page, it seems GoDaddy decided to remove Java from their hosting.

i think if we are using shared hosting cannot use server.xml or other configuration files and restarting server not possible.
