Hi,
In our company, we have a lot of projects in Jira. Recently, I've been assigned to the administrator's team to work with the projects but for some reason, I can't see any project.

When I'm trying to go through the link to any board, I'm getting this message.
I can't determine what is wrong with the error number. - JEJM7R
If I'm trying to check all projects, I get the info that I don't have permissions but at the same time, I'm an admin.
Please let me know how we can check if we set everything correctly. With other guys everything works correctly.
Best,
Alex R

@Tim Buntel @Tim Buntel Did you end up integrating Salesforce Service Cloud with JIRA cloud? We are migrating over to Salesforce Service cloud as well so was wondering which tool/add-on did you end up using?
Thanks!

Any help would be great!
