I am not a Admin JIRA...Now, I need to change the reporter in many stories... How can I change this field??

It is controlled in the permission scheme. Only an admin can change the permission scheme, but they can give the permission to change reporter to everyone or a select role or group. If you're putting in the stories for other people (basically doing the data entry) then changing the reporter to the person who gave it to you makes sense. The reporter should be someone who can be questioned to obtain more information about the issue that may not have originally put in.
