Can I use the Jira core for plaining, tracking, and reporting?

Hi, hope you are all fine. I have an online WordPress-based store. Currently, I am using some manual techniques to manage my online store. But in the recent past, my work is expanded and it's become a little bit difficult to manage it manually. Let me know can I use Jira core to plan, track, and report my work.

one of our admins resolved the issue late yesterday. i will try to find the resolution and post it.

Have you checked whether you have the right add on version for your JIRA version?
