Can I create one sprint that encompasses multiple projects?

I have several company-managed projects and would like to include these in the next sprint that we kick off. Is that possible?

I don't think that there is any way to do this. You could add the field to the card, but I don't believe you will be able to inline edit it.

How can I add priority to the detail view on the right hand side?
