Cuando termino un sprint, quiero ver las incidencias ya finalizadas pero no las puedo ver de ninguna forma.

Hay alguna forma de verlas y tenerlas a la mano?

Jamie, you can use Epics to achive that. An Epic would be your feature, and then you can brake it down into Stories. How does that sound? Have a look at the documentation here.

As the preference of my colleagues is to continue reporting by feature (mainly to support how we have structured things in the past). Is there any way to replicate this at feature level?

Other than that, you can link issues as in the documentation here, creating an association among them. But note that this will be a "symbolic" pocedure, since there's no way to make one issue's behavior depend on the other one.
