Hi,

 

As everyone else here we have a problem with a blank page when trying to access Jira.

Does anyone know how to get in touch with Atlassian support?

When I tried, I was directed here.

Hi,

In Tempo Timesheets 7.11, you can create a JIRA filter based on Version. You can then view the worklogs in the Advanced Timesheet (see https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO0711/Advanced+Timesheet). 

If you have the "Approve Timesheet" permission, you can then also view the worklogs of other users in this Timesheet.

When you are using the Account feature, you can see which Account  is set on the Issue that work has been logged on in the Report view of the Timesheet (https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO0711/Report+View).
