Attlassian Tools Upgrade paths from older version to newer version

We're currently updating all ALM tools, could you please help us with the upgrade paths for each applications if possible, thanks.

I do - and having re-read the docs, I see what that does. Notwithstanding the fact that I didn't read the docs properly (or rather, didn't remember them), the help text in the Mail Handler creation window states the first CC'd user will be assigned.... There's nothing there about the TO: field also being checked and creating assignees from that...
