Adding service desk to my JIRA service instance. Is it possible?

Hi, I'm running JIRA server and have been for a few years. I now want to add Service Desk to it - but I can't work out how. The service desk add-on doesn't appear on the Applicate Add-On list.

I've got a trial license issued, but again, it just gives me a link to download Service Desk - not add it to my existing JIRA instance.

What am I doing wrong?

I've the same problem as Peter Milakovich described 2 years ago. And zezeto[N.Meziani]'s answer is not solvig the problem at all.

I need the "time only" picker field.

Any suggestions how to solve it?

I think that the problem is in the type of date , due date support only Date type and not date with time
