I have build JIRA 8.6.1 from source code (some issues solved in the build process).

I have deployed war to tomcat.

All of my user picker dialog showing 404

http://localhost:8080/jira/secure/popups/UserPickerBrowser.jspa?formName=jiraform&multiSelect=false&decorator=popup&element=customfield_24400&fieldConfigId=36100&projectId=27601

This is giving error message

Oops, you've found a dead link.

Anybody has come up with this thing with JIRA8??

Hi,

I'm currently experiencing the same problem as well for Confluence. Everything works fine when I'm importing JIRA users though.

I suspect it's the database driver problem, but that didn't solve my problem either.

Well, look like the crowd user also needs write to the directory so that it could write the jiradb.log file. Problem fixed.

Hi Pascal,

I'm facing the same problem with Confluence. Could you please tell me how exactly u fixed this?

I didn't have any trouble when importing users from JIRA.

Thanks,

Saneth
